Introduction to Haihan Club

Initiated by the Tianjin Sunac Investment Inc. and established by uniting elite service brands of all industries in the world, China·Tianjin Haihan Club is a first high-end private membership club, and a six-star service system integrating leisure and amusement, real estate consultancy, financing, investment guidance, commercial exchange, consultancy at other places, ticketing service, global tourism and other contents. The club owns strong and complete network platform covering other places and vigorous support and sharing of Shunchi and Sunac service resources. It is oriented to the Sunac owners all over the country. All members to the Haihan Club will enjoy the most convenient honor services. They will be offered with all preferential services provided by all nationwide alliance contractors. Meanwhile, the club will regularly convene various fellowship activities, training, tourism and other plans to meet the demands of members towards high-end exchange and information sharing.

Rights of Members

Rights of Members to the Haihan Club

1. Members are entitled to use the places, facilities, equipment and service free of charge provided by the Club and enjoy the order priority.
2. The Club will regularly organize members to carry out various social, fellowship, tourism and other activities.
3. The Club will give a rapid answer to questions concerning various general knowledge of house purchasing raised by members.
4. Before formal launch of each building, members will obtain the latest building materials and sale information from the Sunac beforehand; be first arranged to visit or purchase the buildings of the Suanc for sale; can attend the visit activities of existing properties of the Sunac organized by the Club.
5. The members will receive free of charge the nice journal of Haihan Club with rich and all-around information printed by the Haihan Club.
6. Against the ID card, “Haihan” Unified Card, members to the Club may enjoy distinguished guest-level service in terms of finance, insurance, business, medical care, tourism, hotel, club and designated estate all over the country and elsewhere in the world.

Obligations of members to the Haihan Club

1. Members shall use the membership card within its validity period according to the rules.
2. Members shall actively present the membership card upon entering the Club and fill up the __registration form according to facts.
3. Members shall conscientiously abide by rules and regulations of the Club and all sections.

Requirement for jointing

(1) The holder of unified card shall be a Chinese citizen at or above the 18 years old.
(2) The holder shall agree to accept and abide by the Rules of Members.
(3) The holder shall have the ID card and one of following qualifications:
__ (a) owner of Sunac (b) owner of other Sunac properties introduced by other members.

Haihan Archives

Haihan Archives is a standing institution of Haihan Club with two functional departments, i.e. Haihan Celebrity Hall and Haihan Activity Secretariat. The Haihan Celebrity Hall is responsible for the record of all members to the Haihan Club (administrative post, political status, social status, etc.) Haihan Activity Secretariat is responsible for notice, liaison, feedback and record of large activities held by the Club.
