General Landscape Planner of
Haiyi Islet, EDAW
The landscape
planning in the 21st century shall reflect the maximum sustained
balance of nature. This puts a high requirement on the inherent
quality of land. It seems not enough to just have a land.
So, the landscape planning shall explore inspiration from
the details of land. And inspiration is not simple enumeration
and application of landscape elements. It shall fully reflect
the sharing of blended nature, humanity and soul. Each detail
cannot be ignored. Each landscape node cannot be isolated.
All landscape elements shall be mutually penetrated, associated
and return to the nature. |
